Subscription
How do I sign up?
Simply choose a subscription plan, complete the registration, and provide your TradingView username. You’ll be granted access to our indicators and can start your free trial immediately.

How Does Your Subscription Service Work?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirming that your free trial or subscription has started. The email will include instructions on accessing our indicators and managing your account.
If you don’t cancel within the 7-day free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the chosen tier rate via Stripe. The subscription will continue to renew each cycle until you choose to cancel.

During this trial, you’ll have full access to our entire suite of indicators. We want you to feel fully confident in their effectiveness before committing to a subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription during the free trial?

How long does it take to get access to the indicators on TradingView?
As we’re based in Australia, we typically allow up to 24 hours to grant access to the invite-only scripts on TradingView. However, we aim to provide access as quickly as possible, often within a few hours. This process is manual and may vary depending on the time of day and order volume. You’ll receive an email with instructions once access is granted. If you don’t see the indicators immediately, please refresh your browser and check again later.
What’s your cancellation policy?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express, all processed securely through Stripe.
Is Stripe safe to use?
Yes, Stripe is an extremely secure platform for handling payments. It is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification in the payments industry. This ensures that any payment information sent through Stripe is handled with the utmost security.

Do I get an invoice?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your subscription whenever you place a new order. Your subscription will renew automatically using the payment method on file. You can download your invoice directly from your My Account page. If you prefer, you can also contact us at support@stabtrading.com, and we’ll email the invoice to your registered address.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No, there’s no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from the Subscription tab in your Account dashboard. Any remaining time on your current plan will be credited towards your new plan.
Do I receive support with my subscription?
Yes, all subscription tiers include 24/7 support, lifetime updates, and expert strategies to help you get the most out of our system.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my current subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from the Subscription tab in your Account dashboard. Any remaining time on your current plan will be credited towards your new plan.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel during the free trial period at any time without being charged. Once the trial ends and your subscription begins, we do not offer refunds for already billed subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
Can I transfer the indicator to a new TradingView account?
All subscriptions are linked to a single TradingView account/username. If you’ve created a new TradingView account/username and want to transfer your access, permission is typically granted. However, access to the original account/username will be revoked.

Do I need to pay sales tax on my subscription?
Our company is based in Australia. Depending on your location, sales tax may be applicable to your subscription. The tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on the regulations in your region. Customers from Australia will be required to pay GST.
